Ebtech complete Blackout / thermal screening project
Ebtech Glasshouse Systems have completed the contract to install a double layer screening system covering 4,992m², in just five days, at the site of W S Bentley Growers in East Yorkshire.
The screen covered not only the roof space, but also the side walls as one piece of material.
With the client wanting to have a good level of blackout, but also wishing to retain a reasonable heat saving element, Ebtech supplied and installed Ridder’s RLR 99 FR W + RES 10+ FR (Double Layer) as a combined piece of screen cloth.
Ebtech also provided Svensson’s Obscura 100 R FR W material for the client to install in his gable end walls once other installation works have been completed.
Working within tight timescales and alongside other installations, the job was successfully installed to the delight of the client.
The screen is a non moving system.
